Working out towards a new goal.

Last year before our vacation to North Carolina, I decided it was time to lose enough weight that I would need a new bathing suit, so I started watching what I ate and exercising on the treadmill (as much as my foot would allow) and then before vacation, Mark helped me choose a new bathing suit! I went from 210 pounds on March 1, almost 2 months later, I had lost 11 pounds to get to my first goal (under 200) and June 4 I reached my first major milestone....under 190 pounds! I lost 21 pounds by vacation time!

Since then, I put back on almost 5 pounds, so I have restarted my goal for our next vacation. I restarted my goals a week ago when I was 193.6. I am hoping that by the time vacation comes this year to be down to 180. I am logging in my notes section my exercise totals for the day, and I am trying to eat healthier again.

So once in awhile, I will try to log it in over here, as well. Pray for me!

Terry, if I can help you in any way ... let me know! It's hard, but I know you can do it. That's where I am also. We are having a graduation party in May .. everyone will be here, so I am hoping to lose my weight and just be healthier!!! love, m
