Spring cleaning has hit the Finley household. Well partially because we are expecting out of town guests this June, but also because we keep too much stuff. Way too much stuff.
It's pretty sad when you go through your bedroom closet and end up with 3 trash bags full of stuff. We've been working on our storage building. It actually looks pretty good! Still needs more work, but we've put about 7 bags of trash at least from it alone. Mark has cleaned up his side of the room (well, except for the stuff for him to sort through in the closet) and he used several bags of trash. I think our trash collectors are wondering if we're moving. It seems like every Tuesday and Friday we have more than our fair share of trash to be collected. The kitchen looks better. Our sunroom! Yes, we found that we do have a sunroom and not another storage building.
So, we've been hard at work around here. We were seriously due. Mark even redid the tile in the guest bathroom and did a great job! We're trying to get ourself on a regime where we do something daily. May be something little, but the key now will be upkeep once we get it where we want it. That is a task in itself.
